Frequently asked

Will my clients know they're using Anchor?
The coaching assistant carries your brand name, not ours. Users call a number registered to your organization. However, per the partner agreement and applicable law, the platform discloses that the caller is interacting with an AI system. You cannot represent the platform as a human coach or as a product you built internally.
Can I charge whatever I want for access?
You have full flexibility to set your retail price above the minimum resale floor. Starter minimum is $49/user, Pro $99/user, Enterprise $149/user. You keep all revenue above your cost to us.
How does billing work?
We bill you a flat monthly platform fee plus a per-seat fee based on your actual active seat count, tracked automatically. You bill your own clients through your Stripe account. The one-time setup fee ($1,499) is due before onboarding begins.
Can I see what my users' sessions say?
No. Session content — transcripts, coaching summaries, commitments, goals — belongs to the individual user and is never visible to you as the partner. You see usage data only: seat count, minutes used, last session date, and billing status.
Is there a long-term contract?
No minimum commitment beyond the one-time setup fee. Agreements are month-to-month. Either party can terminate with 30 days written notice. User data is exportable for 90 days after cancellation.
What is the early adopter discount?
Founding partners who execute their agreement before our early adopter deadline receive a 10% discount on the monthly platform fee for the lifetime of their account, as long as it stays continuously active. The discount does not apply to setup or per-seat fees.
Do I need to be a coaching organization?
No. Partners include consulting firms, HR teams, professional associations, faith-based organizations, workforce development organizations, and executive coaches. The core requirement is that you're a registered business entity serving an identifiable audience who would benefit from coaching access.
