Anchor is an AI-powered professional coaching service delivered via telephone. The service includes voice coaching sessions, session recap emails, goal tracking, document review, scheduling, a web dashboard for session history and progress tracking, optional third-party integrations (such as calendar and email), and related communications.
Anchor is powered by artificial intelligence. While designed to provide thoughtful, personalized coaching conversations, Anchor is not a human coach, therapist, counselor, or licensed professional. Anchor may occasionally produce information that is imprecise. You should exercise your own judgment regarding any guidance received during coaching sessions.
Anchor provides professional coaching, which focuses on goals, growth, decision-making, and professional development. Anchor is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychological treatment, or any other licensed professional service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your local emergency services immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Anchor. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to use Anchor for its intended purpose — professional and personal coaching. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or abuse the system, or to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying technology.
By using Anchor, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of coaching sessions for quality and service improvement purposes. Transcripts generated from these recordings are provided to you via email and stored in your coaching profile. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Anchor may offer to send you text message reminders for scheduled sessions. These messages are sent only with your verbal consent, obtained during a coaching call. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All content, branding, and technology associated with Anchor are the property of EmpowerStrat Consulting. You retain ownership of any documents you submit for review and any personal information you share during sessions.
Anchor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on coaching conversations, any actions you take or fail to take as a result of using the service, any technical issues, interruptions, or data loss, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Anchor allows you to optionally connect third-party services (such as Google Calendar and Gmail) to enhance your coaching experience. These connections are authorized by you through each service’s standard OAuth process. You may disconnect any service at any time from your dashboard. Anchor is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. Each connected service is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by informing Anchor during a call or by emailing admin@anchorthecoach.com.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
