No. Anchor is a professional coaching tool — focused on goals, growth, and the challenges you face at work and in your career. No app. Anchor’s coaching happens on a regular phone call — the number you already have, the phone already in your pocket. After each session, your recap and action items land in your inbox. Sign in at to track your progress between calls.

Yes. Your conversations, session data, and personal information are never sold or shared with third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the Profile section of your dashboard, or request deletion by contacting us. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Anchor uses OAuth — the same authorization standard used by Slack, Zoom, and most major apps — to connect to your services. Your passwords are never seen or stored by Anchor. Authorization tokens are encrypted by our integration provider. Anchor only accesses data relevant to your coaching session and never browses your inbox or calendar without reason. Only if you opt in. During your call, Anchor may offer to send a reminder text for your next session. You can say yes or no. If you opt in, reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

You’re in control. Sessions run up to 30 minutes, though most land between 15 and 25. A quick 5-minute check-in works just as well. Anchor adapts to whatever you need that day — a gut check before a hard meeting, or a full debrief after a week that went sideways.

Yes, two ways. During your call, ask Anchor to set up a one-time callback or a recurring schedule — weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Or sign in to your dashboard and pick a date and time from the Schedule a Session card. Either way, you’ll get a calendar invite by email and a text with the calendar link.

Yes. Email your resume, business plan, performance review, or any document to docs@anchorthecoach.com before your call. Anchor reads it and brings the insight into the session — so you spend your time going deeper, not catching up. Supported formats include PDF, Word documents, and plain text.

Only if you connect it. From your dashboard, you can link Google Calendar (with Outlook coming soon). Once connected, Anchor can see your upcoming events and add new ones during sessions — like scheduling a follow-up or helping you block time to prep for a tough meeting. Anchor never deletes events or accesses other people’s calendars.

Yes, if you connect Gmail from your dashboard (Outlook coming soon). During a session, Anchor can help you draft a message collaboratively and send it — but only with your explicit confirmation. Anchor reads the draft back to you before anything goes out. You can also save it as a draft to review later.

Sign in to your dashboard and go to the Connected Apps section. Click Connect to authorize through the service’s own login page — Anchor never sees your password. To disconnect, click Disconnect and access is revoked immediately. You can also revoke access directly from your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Update it anytime from the Profile section of your dashboard. Or just call from your new number and let Anchor know you’ve called before — Anchor will find your profile, verify your identity, and link your new number. All your coaching history stays intact.

Your dashboard at is where everything from your calls lives. Review past sessions with full transcripts, track your goals and commitments, see your skill growth across coaching competencies, schedule sessions, rate calls, connect apps, download session PDFs, and manage your account. Every conversation Anchor has with you shows up here — organized and searchable.

Yes. Your recap email after each session includes a quick thumbs up or thumbs down. You can also rate any session from the dashboard by opening the session detail view. Ratings help Anchor get better over time — they matter.

From your dashboard, open the Give Feedback card. Choose a category — what’s working, what could be better, feature request, or other — and write your thoughts. You can also email us directly anytime. Every piece of feedback is read.
